The City is leading the design and construction of this project. The Joint Communications Network will also benefit other non-profit organizations including multiple E911 dispatch and public safety centers, the Linn County Emergency Management Agency, Kirkwood Community College, the Iowa Department of Transportation and the Iowa Communications Network, the statewide educational network.
