The Aging & Disability Resource Center of Linn County has moved to its new location at 1240 26th Avenue Ct. SW in Cedar Rapids.


Seniors (and their families) who need help don't always know where to turn.  Heritage Agency's Regional Aging & Disability Resource Center is a system of professionals who work together to coordinate services that will help an elderly person to continue living on their own as long as possible.
