To be considered for reinstatement of your Iowa drivers license, you will need the following:

Complete the Linn County Sheriff's Office Financial Affidavit (see below). You need to complete this form in its entirety.

Provide the Linn County Sheriff's Office with your two (2) most recent pay stubs.

Provide the Linn County Sheriff's Office with a valid form of identification.
Drivers License Reinstatements will not be granted without a DOWN PAYMENT to be determined by our office.
Once you have all of the above-required documentation, call the Linn County Sheriff's Office Financial Division at (319) 892-6232 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) to schedule an appointment. You must bring all of the above-required documentation to your appointment.
