The Civil Division is responsible for the service of civil documents and other court orders.

Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (excluding holidays).

Advance Fees are required.  No personal checks will be accepted.  If mailing in fees, use a bank's cashier's check or money order.
