Located at 825 3rd St. SW in Cedar Rapids, Linn County Veteran Affairs had its office in this building prior to the flood. It was also used as storage space and parking for county vehicles. VA offices have moved into the new Community Services Building of Linn County. Linn County is exploring options for the future use of the O'Brien building.
