Linn County Public Health provides travelers with travel immunization consultation relevant to the area of travel and suggested immunizations.  Travelers will be provided printed materials that outlines potential threats present in the area of travel. It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure that they are up-to-date on the risks and immunizations needed for the countries in which they will visit. It is of the utmost importance that the traveler contacts clinical services as soon as possible to ensure all requirements are met prior to travel. By providing this service the risk of vaccine preventable diseases will be reduced.

The purpose of the Travel Clinic is to protect the health of international travelers by providing country specific recommended and required immunizations and to control the spread of disease in our community.
