Military & Overseas Civilians

The Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act (UOCAVA) is a federal law that makes it easier for members of the armed forces and certain overseas U.S. citizens to register to vote and cast absentee ballots. UOCAVA voters may request a ballot by using the normal request form, but they also have the option to use the Federal Post Card Application (FPCA).
Please note: The FPCA form is now valid for only one calendar year. You must submit a new form each year to continue receiving absentee ballots.
